3M™ Dynatel™ Locators 7420X Series are high performance locators that quickly and efficiently locate 3M™ Electronic Marking System (EMS) Tape, Rope and Markers and read/write to 3M™ ID Markers. It features a lightweight design, large display with easy-to use interface, enhanced connectivity, internal GPS module, and includes Li-Ion battery with built-in charger.

3M™ Dynatel™ 7420X Marker Locator is capable of locating all models of passive markers that are properly installed. It detects industry standard electronic marker frequencies and EMS Tape and Rope path frequencies. This Dynatel locator has simplified integrated interfaces with precision locating capabilities. A GPS communication system is incorporated into this Dynatel locator to provide GIS mapping. The Dynatel locator operates at a temperature of 4 to 122 °F ( 20 to 50 °C).

3M™ EMS Warning Tape 7900XT Series is virtually a maintenance free solution for marking and locating the path of underground utilities and help to eliminate the problems and costs associated with the tracer wire and test stations. The embedded markers are compatible with 3M™ Dynatel™ Locators 7000 series. The 7900-XT EMS Tape uses a highstrength core material for an early warning during the excavation.

3M™ Ball Marker.

Engineered for narrow trench applications up to 5′ in depth, the 4″-diameter ball marker has a unique, patented self-leveling feature that ensures an accurate, horizontal position regardless of how it is placed in the ground.(Contains a mixture of propylene glycol and water which is approved for use in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and as a food additive. The mixture is readily biodegradable and will not harm humans, wildlife or the environment.)
